There are plenty of computer shops in BSB, but I have found the staff at this shop to be some of the most knowledgeable and the most helpful. I went in with a faulty graphics card and one of the technicians quickly plugged it in to test it and confirmed that it was malfunctioning. I ended up purchasing a new graphics card with them as out of the 5 computer shops I visited that day, they were the only ones willing to plug in my old GPU and test it beforehand. Quick, professional service. Highly recommended.

I like how they keep trying to introduce new and underrated products to the Brunei gaming market unlike netcom and chonghock where it's mostly only overrated and well known brands like razer, logitech and corsair. I didn't know Lamzu at first, got introduced from this shop, did research and gave it a try and it was my best go to brand so far from mousepads to mouses. Started experimenting with different brands through this shop, stopped buying overrated and popular brands. Also a bonus point, how they put mouses for demo. Everytime I go there I always try them to get a feel. Although it's usually only like 5 different mouses, don't know if I can ask for other mouses demo. The staff are friendly and they are very knowledgeable in the parts they are selling. The shop is a bit small and crowded since it's inside another store. Would be nice if they open a dedicated branch and expand.

I had a pleasant experience here. Brought my pc to replace several parts, staff was HONEST(unlike the one in Kiulap), straight to the point, helpful & attentive. I hope the management keeps these staffs happy, as they are the best. He carried my PC to my car after its completed. (It was raining and & I was alone, hard to unlock your car while carrying at the same time) Make sure to WA them earlier if you're coming over. Their WA is very attentive.

Genuinely one of the best PC-enthusiast stores in Brunei equipped with a really good website with up-to-date stock availability. I've visited numerous times and they were all very positive experiences. The staff there always offered me assistance and helped make suggestions when having trouble deciding between similar parts. Interestingly, you can even see them benchmark and make temperature reports of clients builds. My biggest surprise were that they stock very niche custom-keyboard gear like Krytox Lubricants, Durock Stabilisers and switch brands that usually need to be ordered online like Boba U4Ts, JWK Epsilons, NK Creams, C3 Tangerines, Banana Splits, etc, complete with switch-testing stations. Really hope their product portfolio expands further because they're genuinely the most convenient store to purchase enthusiast PC hardware from.
