Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 5-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange for another item.

Eligibility for return & exchange:

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be unworn and unused.
  • The packaging must include the original seal and tag.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

To start a return, contact us at sales@jlitebn.com or Whatsapp us @ (8303034). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • We are not able to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded with store credit.

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to

  • Not to offer store credit or exchanges for items returned with no proof of purchase, unsealed, missing original packing, and all original accessories.
