1. Return & Exchange Period

We have a 5-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. The 5-day period begins from the date of delivery as confirmed by the courier.


2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and include all accessories.
  • The original packaging must be intact, including the seal and tag.
  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline your return or exchange request.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that are unsealed, missing original packaging, or accessories.
  • Deposits (non-refundable).

5. Exchange Process

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  • Return the item you currently have (if eligible).
  • Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds for Returns

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit.

Refunds in other forms (e.g., cash, original payment methods) are not available unless explicitly agreed upon.


7. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. Please confirm all details before placing an order that requires a deposit.


8. Rights Reserved

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline returns for items without proof of purchase.
  • Decline returns for items that are unsealed, missing original packaging, or missing accessories.
  • Not offer store credit or exchanges for items that do not meet the return criteria listed above.
