We have a 5-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

01. Guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and include all accessories.
  • Original packaging must be intact, including the seal and tag.
  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Inspection & Approval: All returns are subject to manual inspection. Items showing any sign of use, tampering, or missing components will be declined.

2. How to Start a Return

  2. Wait for approval and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Process

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item you have. Once accepted, we will issue store credit for you to make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds (Store Credit Only)

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. Cash or original payment method refunds are not available unless explicitly agreed upon.

6. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. Please confirm all details before placing an order that requires a deposit.

7. Rights Reserved

We reserve the right to decline returns for items without proof of purchase, tampered seals, or missing accessories.
