Payment & Pricing
1. What payment methods are accepted for the PC packages?
PC packages can be purchased via cash, bank transfer, or card. However, please note that the listed package pricing applies only to cash or bank transfer payments; normal pricing will apply for card payments.
2. Do you offer financing or installment payment plans?
Yes, we offer financing through Tamwil financing services. Please contact us for more information on how to apply and the available options.
Customization & Components
1. Can I change or upgrade components in a PC package?
Yes, you can request to change up to 2 parts in any PC package.
2. Can I add on components in the PC package?
Yes! You can add more components (add-ons) to your PC package with no limit. However, please note that only 2 parts from the original package can be changed or swapped for alternatives.
3. Can I use my own parts for the PC Package?
You cannot remove or swap parts in the PC package for your own components. However, you can add your own components for an additional service charge. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and for details.
4. The build I want isn’t listed in the PC packages. Can I customize my own?
Yes! You can fully customize your own PC build to match your needs and preferences. However, please note that custom builds may have higher pricing compared to our preset PC packages. Contact us to find out more!

2. Do the PC packages come with Windows installed?
Yes, each package includes a licensed copy of Windows 11.
3. Do the PCs come with a warranty?
Yes, all our PC packages include a warranty. Please contact us for specific warranty details.
Availability & Process
1. How long are the PC packages available?
Our PC packages are available until stock runs out. We regularly update our packages and options based on our current stock levels.
2. How long will it take for my PC to be ready after confirming the package?
Your PC will typically be ready in around 1 to 2 days after you confirm your package, depending on the current build queue.
Collection & Delivery
1. Is delivery or pick-up available for PC packages?
We currently offer pick-up only for our PC packages. This allows us to go through the specifications with you in person and ensure everything is correct and complete before you take your PC home.
