Jlite Customs Enterprise - Shipping Policy
This policy explains how we handle shipping and pickup for orders placed on our Shopify website.
1. In-Store Pickup
You can choose to pick up your order directly from our shop in Bandar Seri Begawan.

Parts and Peripherals: Items are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours after you place your order.

Custom PC Builds: Our team needs time to assemble and test your system. We will contact you via WhatsApp as soon as your PC is ready for pickup.
2. Local Delivery (Runner Service)
We use local runner services to deliver packages across Brunei. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your district:

Brunei-Muara District: Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days.

Tutong, Belait, and Temburong Districts: Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days.
3. Processing Times

In-Stock Items: If your item is in stock and you order before 2:00 PM, we give it to the runner on the same day. We do not ship items on Fridays or public holidays.

Custom PC Builds: Please allow 2 to 3 working days for our technicians to build, wire-manage, and test your computer before we send it out.
4. Damaged Items and Returns
We pack all items carefully to keep them safe. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged during delivery, take photos of the damage and WhatsApp us at +673 8303034 within 24 hours.
