How do I place an order?

Bulk Orders: We offer special discounts for bulk purchases. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Email for a custom quote.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. If you do not see it within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting support for assistance.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You may cancel or modify your order (including changing the delivery address) only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Please WhatsApp us immediately to request any changes. Once an item is with the courier, we are unable to make further modifications.

Do you offer pre-orders or discounts?

Pre-orders: Yes, we offer pre-orders for selected upcoming hardware. Specific terms and arrival dates will be outlined on the product page.

Promotions: We run periodic deals and sales. To stay updated, sign up for our newsletter or follow JLite Customs on social media.

Payments & Financing
What payment methods do you accept?

For all orders placed on our website, we currently support:

  • Bank Transfer: BIBD or Baiduri transfers.
  • Cash on Pickup: Available at our Menglait storefront.
How does BIBD At-Tamwil financing work?

We provide official quotations for loan applications. Simply select your build, request a quotation via WhatsApp, and submit it to your nearest BIBD At-Tamwil branch.

Shipping & Logistics
When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries occur between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the following schedule:

  • Brunei Muara: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, and Sun.
  • KB & Tutong: Wednesdays and Saturdays.
How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat rate of BND 3 for orders under BND 100. All orders over BND 100 are FREE.
