Jlite Customs Enterprise - Return & Exchange Policy
This policy outlines our rules for returns, exchanges, and store credits. Please read these guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
⚠️ 5-Day Return Window
You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Any request made after 5 days will be declined.
1. Return Guidelines & Eligibility
To qualify for a return or an exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition as when you received it.

Packaging: The original packaging must be completely intact, including all seals and tags.

Accessories: All original parts, cables, manuals, and accessories must be included in the box.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: We inspect all returned items by hand. If an item shows signs of use, tampering, or missing parts, your return will be rejected.
2. How to Start a Return

Wait for our team to review your request and send you step-by-step instructions.

Important: Do not send items back to our store without getting approval first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

✖ Sale and clearance items

✖ Paid deposits

✖ Gift cards
4. Refunds & Exchanges

Store Credit Only: All approved refunds are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds back to your original payment method.

Exchange Process: The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item. Once we approve your return, we will issue store credit so you can buy the new item separately.

Deposits: All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Please double-check all component details before placing an order that requires a deposit.
5. Rights Reserved
We reserve the right to decline any return if the proof of purchase is missing, the security seals are broken, or original accessories are missing.
